unfortunately, today is a duty day for Johnny and i am home with the kids for over 24 straight hours. i have mixed feelings about this. i love my kids and above anything else, i love being their mommy, but they are quite the handful lately. we are all learning how to handle certain situations and make new rules. Alyssa is into stealing everything from everyone, including toys, clothes, food, and anything she can get her hands on. Allison is quite the drama queen and insists on crying whenever anyone even looks at her. she also gets a kick out of telling Alyssa what to do. its either, "bad girl, time out" or "mommy said no touch Maddie's swing". Maddie is normally her usual sweet self, but decided to mix things around and keep me up until all hours of the night.
{sigh}
if i can just get through today, Johnny is bringing us all home breakfast in the morning and then we are off to get some groceries for a 4 day weekend!! yep, Johnny will be home for 4 wonderful, amazing and much needed days! (i think that may be what is getting me through this day) with any luck, i can talk Johnny into taking the kids to the beach to play in the sand this weekend and on our way home we can pick up Maddie's crib! :) Monday we can go to IKEA and maybe for a walk downtown. then Tuesday we can relax, have homemade pizza and watch movies!!

back to reality please! all three of my girls are sleeping and that means that its my nap time too. God bless and have a safe weekend.
