Remembering The Heroes of 9/11
-its been 7 years since we lost so many loved ones in that horrific act of terrorism. September 11th, 2001 is a day that no one will forget. that day and all of its tragedy has been scared and burned into my brain like a bad dream. everyone lost something that day. for those of us that were lucky, it was only our security. for most it was family, friends and loved ones. i can only hope that i can educate my children and make them understand what happened that day. Not a day goes by that i do not think about the events of 9/11. i choose to remember the good that came of that day...the bravery, the honor and the leadership that those men showed when they sacrificed themselves for the better good."Time is passing. Yet, for the United States of America, there will be no forgetting September the 11th. We will remember every rescuer who died in honor. We will remember every family that lives in grief. We will remember the fire and ash, the last phone calls, the funerals of the children."
